The International Commodities and Derivatives Association (formerly SFOA) is a non-profit association founded nearly 40 years ago, serving member banks, exchanges and FCMs as well as individuals employed within the global commodities and derivatives industry.

Our focus is on new products, new platforms, emerging markets and innovation affecting the future of markets worldwide. We organise international conferences, networking events for our members, training programmes and industry consultations.

Beyond the technology buzz, how is the blockchain shaping the future of banks, exchanges, derivatives markets and commodities from a business development perspective?

Swiss Commodities Exchange Bourse (SCX)
ICDA is supporting the Swiss Commodities Exchange being held in Geneva on 7th September 2016…

The first SCX commodities bourse for Switzerland, supported by the Paris Agro Bourse, the Dutch Bourse, STSA and GAFTA was held on  22nd March 2016. The commodities-focused event was a networking meeting, with a grains panel and a fun cocktail. The next SCX will again be held at the 5* Hotel President Wilson by the lake in Geneva on 7th September 2016. ICDA will once again be exhibiting at the event.
